Benoît Fellay has held a PhD in Science since 1995, and has extensive expertise and experience in the fields of biology and immunology.

With his in-depth knowledge of clinical chemistry , Benoît brings an informed understanding of biological and biochemical processes, particularly those involved in osteoporosis patients.
Assistant Laboratory Manager HFR - Hôpital Fribourgeois
Since 2001, Benoît has been Deputy Head of the Laboratory at the Hôpital Fribourgeois (HFR). He actively contributes to innovation and to maintaining the quality of medical analyses at the HFR laboratory (accredited to ISO 15189 standards since 2003).
JS Karate instructor and black belt (3rd dan)
A passionate practitioner and teacher, Benoît has been a JS Karate instructor since 2005 and holds a black belt (3rd dan) in shotokan karate. He regularly enriches his martial art with karate-jutsu, kyusho and karate-health. He regularly takes courses with recognized experts in Switzerland and abroad. His rigorous, pedagogical approach enriches his sports and martial activities and enables the development of original OKenawa programs delivered during weekly classes to participants.
ActionType approach (2009 typology)
In 2009, Benoît obtained ActionType certification, an original method developed by Ralf Hyppolite and Bertand Theraulaz in the 1990s that explores typology and individual motor preferences, contributing to a better understanding of human behavior and a better knowledge of each person's natural movement. This approach contributes to the pleasure of moving according to one's preferences, and reduces the risk of injury.
