Pleasure is essential
An approach based on well-being
Pleasure is a fundamental component of any physical activity. We firmly believe that moving should be a source of joy, not constraint. Physical activity should never lead to suffering, whether physical or psychological.
The important thing is to establish a sustainable routine that integrates harmoniously into your daily routine, so that well-being becomes a habit and not an exception.
Tailor-made support
We know that every individual is unique. That's why we focus on personalized, attentive support. By taking the time to understand your needs, objectives and constraints, we create a framework adapted to your ambitions, without unnecessary pressure.
Half-yearly meetings are organized to assess your progress. During these meetings, we discuss
- Your physical check-ups to monitor your performance and condition.
- If necessary, your biological parameters to better understand your needs.
- Your lifestyle habits, to help you make the transition to a more active and healthy lifestyle.
Breaking with a sedentary lifestyle
Adopting an active lifestyle involves much more than physical activity or sport:
It's a global change that affects your habits and your mental well-being. Our approach helps you to gradually break away from a sedentary lifestyle by offering you tools, advice and tailored follow-up. Every step counts, and we're here to guide you every step of the way.
"Together, let's build a sustainable routine that combines pleasure and health. Because well-being is not a goal to be achieved, but a path to be followed...".

Physical objectives of the OKenawa® program
Strengthen and preserve the body
The general objectives of the OKenawa® program are :
- Strengthen bones and the body as a whole to minimize the effects of osteoporosis.
- Improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.
- Remind participants of the importance of physical activity for good health: We focus on education and awareness to help participants understand the lasting benefits of an active lifestyle, incorporating simple and effective behavioral changes.
- Encouraging a sustainable routine: The aim is to maintain regular physical activity, a key factor in preventing osteoporosis. This means integrating healthy exercises and habits directly into the daily routine.
Activity and exercise must be regular and bone-safe.
The OKenawa® program offers concrete, tailored solutions to transform physical activity into a pillar of your well-being. Through well-thought-out exercises and practical advice, we help you preserve your health and prevent the effects of ageing, while keeping pleasure at the heart of your practice.

Personal objectives
An individual approach and lasting results
As part of a personalized training program, personal goals are carefully defined and planned after an in-depth personal interview. This discussion is essential to :
- Understand the specifics and expectations of each participant.
- Take into account health status, physical limitations and medical history.
Based on this information, realistic and adapted objectives are established. This approach ensures that the exercises proposed are :
- Safe: Respecting the individual's physical capacities.
- Beneficial: Promoting measurable and continuous progress while avoiding unnecessary risks.
Training focuses on several areas:
- Muscular strengthening: Building a solid base to support the body on a daily basis.
- Improving balance: Reducing the risk of falls and reinforcing stability.
- Injury prevention: Anticipate high-risk situations with appropriate exercises and advice.
Ongoing follow-up to maintain motivation
The process also includes regular follow-up to:
- Assess progress at each stage.
- Adjust exercises according to results and abilities.
- Encourage and maintain motivation along the way.

Shared objectives
Group spirit at the heart of the dynamic
One of the pillars of our approach is to cultivate a strong group spirit through shared objectives. These objectives, defined collectively by the participants, foster cohesion, motivation and the pleasure of progressing together.
Inspiring collective initiatives
Shared activities are varied and tailored to the group's desires and interests. These include
- Participation in World Osteoporosis Day.
- Outdoors excursions: walks combining physical activity, nature and conviviality.
- Special training sessions: with renowned external speakers, to provide expertise and new ideas, such as :
- Franco Pisino, national coach of the Swiss karate team.
- Gaetano Leto, former world karate champion.
- The De Vido couple, experts in Karate-Jutsu and Karate-Health.
Shared goals to move forward together
These shared activities are not limited to their physical dimension: they strengthen the bond between participants, stimulate collective motivation and provide beautiful memories.
Together, we learn from each other's strengths, while working towards shared goals.
Health objectives
Evaluating the benefits of the OKenawa® program
The aim of the OKenawa® adapted physical exercise program is to demonstrate its effectiveness in comparison with conventional treatment of osteoporosis patients. Several key parameters are observed:
- Frequency of falls: Fewer falls thanks to improved balance and stability.
- Fracture recurrence: Reduction in secondary fractures linked to bone fragility.
- Biological and immunological parameters: Monitoring of markers to assess the overall impact of physical activity.
- Body composition: Detailed monitoring of bone mineral density (BMD) and bone stress score (BSS), essential indicators of skeletal strength.
- Quality of life: Improvement in participants' general well-being and satisfaction.
Secondary objectives
In addition to these primary benefits, the OKenawa® program aims, wherever possible, to :
- Examine acceptability of and compliance with the requested physical training program.
- Confirm the anti-inflammatory effect of physical training on osteoporosis patients (immunological parameters).
- the objective is not performance, but the pleasure of movement in a routine and regularity over the long term...
The ultimate goal is not performance, but the pleasure of movement in routine and regularity over the long term...
Unlike performance-based approaches, OKenawa® focuses on the pleasure of movement and the establishment of a sustainable routine, and strives to improve participants' quality of life by integrating physical activity as an essential component of their daily lives.
